We can train you for any of these distances. The above is the progression you would take if looking at taking at running. If 10km is the most you wish to run, then that is what we will train you towards.
We can train you on the streets, in the gym, at the track, at the park or in the forest. That is the beauty of this sport.
Once again, our trainers really do know what it takes to compete in a Marathon with both a years planning and depending on fitness only 2 months planning. (Actually, 2 weeks. Not recommended).
As with the triathletes, we have taken people from asking to run 5km to now competing regularly in Half Marathons and Marathons.
We will structure the year for you so you know what heart rate or speed you should be building your base, when you should be working on speed or strength and even when you should be putting your feet up! We can give you a fitness programme to follow in your local gym to build strength or muscular strength endurance.
In the past we have trained 40 runners at a time. Even with 2 or 3 differnet standards of runner, we have the experience to make everyone in the group have a good workout and feel challenged at the end.
