BRACKNELL BOOT CAMPS – BERKSHIRE
Before taking part in any activity with All Sports UK, you will need to have signed a par-q and completed a lifestyle questionnaire.
As a group you will be then taken through some gentle warm up exercises and stretching. Then we get down to business. We will be including some old and new school exercises as both individuals and as a group. We will be working both aerobically and anaerobically. (with oxygen and with limited oxygen). Strength exercises, toning exercises, weight loss exercises. Speed work, shuttle runs, plyometrics and of course core exercises for both your abdominals and lower back.
We will use various peices of equipment from dumbells and balls, to tyres, logs and ropes. You will have so much fun that the session will be over before you know it and you will be looking forward with anticipation to the next class.
